The event will take place on Wednesday, June 5 at 19:00 in the exhibition space on the 4th floor of the PinchukArtCentre.

During the lecture by Galyna Pyliagina “What is Normality Today? According to the situation... according to life... in the sense of self-creation...” we will consider the questions:
● What is “normality” from the point of view of a psychologist, a doctor, an ordinary person?● What are the time dimensions of normality in modern life? ● How can we follow the path of the gadfly and preserve our own normality in an abnormal world?
Pyliagina Galyna Yakivna is a professor, Doctor of Medicine, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology at the Shupyk National University of Health of Ukraine. She has more than thirty years of experience in psychiatry (suicidology) and psychotherapy. She is the author of more than two hundred scientific papers, textbooks and monographs, a therapeutic course of training seminars “Personal Integration Training”, and a leader of various training programs, thematic seminars and master classes in the field of psychiatry, psychiatric propedeutics and psychotherapy. Her main areas of expertise are individual and family counseling, treatment of mental disorders, group therapy, teaching, and supervision.
