Art-therapy workshop for internally displaced families with kids

Art-therapy workshop for internally displaced families with kids
The goal of art therapy workshops for internally displaced families with children is to promote social integration and mutual support among those who have been forced to relocate to Kyiv due to Russia's war against Ukraine.

Through various art activities, the program creates a safe and inclusive environment where families can come together, express themselves creatively, and connect with others who are going through similar experiences. By fostering a sense of community and belonging, the workshops seek to reflect the feelings and help families cope with the challenges of displacement.

The program for internally displaced families with children consists of a series of themed workshops aimed at self-expression, sensory development, emotional expression through creativity, as well as group interaction and co-creation.

The sessions are designed for two age groups and will be held jointly for children and their parents in the educational room of the PinchukArtCentre.

The workshops take place every Saturday, with the start time for children aged 4-7 at 12:10 pm and for children aged 8-12 at 2:00 pm.

The duration of the sessions is 1.5 hours. Participation is free with prior registration. You can sign up for the entire course or for the next session using the following link: https://forms.gle/9n7W3wDGLvSFWByK8
