Lecture "How should we be here? Communication during the war" by psychotherapist Anton Semenov

We invite you to the lecture of psychotherapist Anton Semenov "How should we be here? Communication during the war" as a part of the public program of the Inside Out global art project by JR.
Anton Semenov is a psychotherapist, social psychologist, author of the book "Developmental traumas", the textbook "Psychology of Professionalism" and manuals of the volunteer project "How are you, brother?". Project "How are you, brother?" is dedicated to creating and distributing guides on how to communicate and maintain relationships in the difficult situations that unfortunately became the norm during the war.

During the event, participants:
● will learn how to support each other in difficult times, how to communicate with people with different experiences in a way that promotes a sensitive and safe environment for all communities;● will talk about the difficulties of communication during the war, the impact of socialization on the psychological state, and the ability to recover;● will learn algorithms for how to talk during the war with different groups of people: children, soldiers, veterans, those who have had a traumatic experience, are at a distance, or have lost a loved one.
The lecture will take place on August 23 at 7:00 pm in the exhibition space on the 3rd floor of the PinchukArtCentre.
